Just for today let’s all take a look
at what God says about mankind. 2 Timothy 2:3 For this
is good and acceptable in the sight of God our savior;
4 Who will have all men come to the knowledge of the truth.
Notice the Apostle Paul says ALL men. The lord will have
ALL men today (and women) to come unto him. No matter
race, creed, color, social status. These are the lines
the world should be drawing up a road map on in the middle
east. It seems we are all trying to sure up the peace
in the middle east without the corner stone.
I know as I write this muslims,
Jews and Christians alike will begin to disagree with this.
That’s ok, just keep reading. I would like for you to read the
verse where Abraham sends Hagar and Ishmael into the desert.
Genesis 21:16 And
she went, and a sat her down over against him a good way off,
as it were a bowshot: for she said, Let me not see the death
of the child. And she sat over against him, and lift up her
voice and wept. 17 And God heard the voice of the lad; And the
angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her,
What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice
of the lad where he is. 18 Arise, lift up the lad, and hold
him in thine hand; for I will make him a great nation. 19 And
God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went,
and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink. 20
And God was with the lad; and he grew, and dwelt in the wilderness,
and became an archer.
HMMMM. Did you read all this? I
would like now to point out that God himself heard the lad crying.
God himself called out to Hagar, God himself showed Hagar a
well in which to get water. God himself told Hagar He would
make a great nation from Ishmael. And I would also like to note
that God himself Protected the lad and was with him as he grew.
God knows all. He knew that Ishmael
would be the father of a great nation as a matter of fact God
ordained it. God also made a covenant with Abraham, Isaac and
Jacob. Don’t you think God knew then that all these problems
in the middle would happen as a culmination of all these events?
Sure He did. God could have let Hagar and Ishmael die in the
wilderness that day and things wouldn’t be the way they are
in the world today. But God didn’t let them die. He saved them
outright. Why? Because they have a purpose as you and I have
a purpose.
Are you surprised? You shouldn’t
be, it has been written down for a few thousand years now in
the book we know as the Bible. Everything that is prophesied
in the Bible will come to pass. The Lord himself will save the
Nation Israel Himself one day in the near future and they will
know then that He is God. Zechariah 12:10And I will pour upon
the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
The spirit of grace and of supplications: And they shall look
upon me whom they have pierced, And they shall mourn for him,
as one mourneth for his only son,
Folks, that time has not happened
yet. It is at the end of the Great Tribulation period when everyone
will be straightened out on religion. That will be a new day
and the beginning of the millennial reign of Christ. But for
now and for today God would have all men come unto the knowledge
of the Truth. This is the day of Grace, once it is over there
will be no more grace. The time is at hand.
The story of Isaac and Ishmael is true. We may not be
able to understand everything all the time about the Bible.
The important thing is to always believe it. The story of Isaac and Ishmael is for the GLORY
OF THE LORD. It is just not time yet. Until then, WE ARE HIS
GLORY. He saved us who had absolutely no hope and were
without Christ in the world.
Believe in Jesus today. If you are
Jew or Muslim it makes NO difference In GOD`S eyes today, he
will save you.
God Bless,
Michael
