1. 1 Corinthinians15-51 Behold,
I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all
be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling
of an eye, at the last trump; for the trumpet shall sound, and
the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Ok, we have established there is a rapture. There
is a change of our bodies, the apostle Paul brings us this mystery.
It had never before been preached.
Now let’s see what message is being
preached when he brings this to light.
2. Ephesians 2-8 For by Grace
are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the
Gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should
boast.
The Dispensation of Grace
It’s Salvation by Grace through faith. The same
message that should be preached today. It is of faith not of works.
Now let’s look at the message that will
be preached in the tribulation period.
When Jesus was speaking to the disciples
and they asked him what shall be the sign that all these things
be fulfilled Jesus said,
Mark 13-6 Take heed lest any man
deceive you: 6 For many shall come in my name,
saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Go to verse 10- And
the Gospel must first be published among all nations.
Ok, what Gospel? During the book of
Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John the Lord Jesus himself was training
12 apostles to preach the gospel unto the ends of the world. What
was it? In the book of Acts the apostle Peter is preaching unto
Israel
at that time, it is shortly after the Lord had been crucified. Peter
was trained Directly by Jesus Christ himself. The doctrine Peter
was preaching was the very Gospel the Lord had mentioned in verse
10. It is this... Acts 3-19 Repent ye therefore,
and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times
of refreshing shall come from the presence of the LORD.
Notice a few things here. First there’s
deception. Many shall come in my name... Many, Many. Second, there’s
a specific Gospel mentioned By the Lord himself. Third, The Gospel
is Repent and be converted When the times of refreshing shall come
from the presence of the LORD. Bless God, they are two different Gospels.
When is that time of refreshing?? When
the LORD comes back after the tribulation. Notice (shall come from
the presence of the LORD). We are not in the presence of the LORD
today. That is when their sins will be blotted out. But that is
not the gospel of today. That doctrine was directly to the JEWS.
Our salvation is by Grace through Faith... Our sins are already
blotted out.
That same gospel that Peter preached
also taught men to endure to the end... Death, martyrs deaths. Watch
in Mark 13-12 Now the brother shall betray the
brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise
up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.
13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s
sake; but he that shall endure to the end, the same shall be saved.
The next verse mentions the abomination of desolation spoken of
by the Prophet Daniel. In the Tribulation. This message was also
to JEWS.
My point is...?
There will be deception in the last
days and I am sure it is by ministers of the Devil himself in the
pulpits. We believe they are teaching a gospel that is not for today
and it is causing many to fall straight off into hell and they never
see it coming. You cannot be saved by Peter’s gospel today. Also
you could not be saved by it anyway. No one has ever kept the Law
except for Jesus Christ.
If all that weren’t enough, read this verse.....
2 Thessalonians 2-11
And for this cause GOD shall send them strong delusion, that they
should believe a lie; 12 That they all might be
damned who believed not the love of the truth, but had pleasure
in unrighteousness.
Folks, the Bible says, GOD will send
them strong delusion that they ALL might be damned. HE didn’t say
a few, he said ALL.
What to do if you miss the Rapture?
It really doesn’t matter...it’s too late then. God cannot have two
programs of salvation at the same time and I sure don’t see anywhere
he will give you two chances under two different plans.
I pray you will accept what Jesus did
for you at Calvary. His death paid for your
sins. You have a pardon, an inheritance, but it will do you no good
unless you claim it. Your sins are paid for. Jesus Died in our place
on a cross that we deserved.
Stand up and Witness to someone
today. Time is short.
