My point today is, KNOW your Gospel, we live in the dispensation
of the GRACE of GOD. Ephesians 3:2 If ye have heard of the dispensation
of the grace of God which is given me to youward: How that by
revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore
in a few words). 4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand
my knowledge in the mystery of Christ. 5 Which in other ages
was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed
unto his holy apostles and prophets by the spirit; 6 That the
Gentiles should be fellow heirs, and of the same body, and partakers
of his promise in Christ by the gospel: 8 Unto me, who am less
than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should
preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
Folks, I want you to see a few things here, 1. The apostle
Paul had a special ministry given to him from the Lord in Glory.
He was to preach to the Gentiles, which before time, was NOT
done. 2. The things Paul is preaching was a mystery Hid in God
from before the foundation of the World. 3. That he should preach
the UNSEARCHABLE riches of Christ. The things Paul was preaching
was a mystery, it was unsearchable in the Old Testament Scripture,
the 12 DIDN'T have this, folks, they were preaching unto Israel.
Know your Gospel. If you do not, how on this earth can you
know if you are saved? How can you lead other people to Christ
if you don’t study? How can you be unswayed in your belief
if every time some fancy preacher comes along and says...
This is the only way. Know what you believe and BELIEVE what
you know. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to show thyself approved unto
God, a workman that needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing
the word of truth. Folks, all the Bible is TRUTH, but all the
Bible is not written directly TO you. Your salvation today can
only be found in the Books of Romans through Philemon, for this
day and age, the dispensation of GRACE.
So sorry, I cannot help what the others are teaching; they
have other reasons for teaching them apparently. There are so
many questions as I watch these (professional) preachers.
Jack Van Impe steps all around the destruction of Earth and
Heaven after the Great White Throne judgment. Sometimes I think
he has found a verse in the Bible that scares him or something.
The Earth will be destroyed by fire and a new heaven and new
earth will be made, Just like it says.
I have also never understood Billy Graham. With his great ability
to draw a crowd, he just doesn’t nail the Gospel down;
instead it seems his whole focus is on getting people to come
up front and then I have no idea what they tell them after they
get there, except go back to the church of your choice.
I also don’t understand Pat Robertson, who does NOT believe
in the RAPTURE of the church. Do you support his ministry?
I have also noticed that many preachers use the Gospels of
Matthew, Mark, Luke and John as a basis for their church doctrine
then also claim the truths in the writings of the apostle Paul.
You can’t have it both ways, folks; it is either Grace
or it isn’t.
Then there are those wonderful orators that can’t seem
to preach any gospel, they use the Higher Power, power of positive
thinking, etc. There’s nothing wrong with that per se,
but the place for it is not in a house of worship.
This world needs to spin back on its Christian-based axis,
because unless we do it quickly, I don’t know how much
longer the Lord will let us go on. I mean, why should He? We
are not doing what he told us.
Don’t listen to preachers who only have stories to tell
you; make them teach you the Word of God, get rid of them or
leave that church; you are under a false teacher. 2 Timothy
4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove,
rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. 3 For the
time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but
after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers,
having itching ears; 4. And they shall turn away from the truth,
and shall be turned unto fables. AMEN.
Folks, this is the truth today. If you go to a church that
preaches the word of God, rightly divided, and leave out works,
miracles, healing, etc, people will leave your church. They
just don’t want to hear the truth anymore.
I pray that you will continue to stay here and read the gospel.
I will try to put it out on a weekly basis, and to some of you
it will seem as if I don’t think you are saved, but that
is not true. I know many of you are saved; I only want to show
you the gospel for today to teach you to train others. It is
my only purpose.
You see, I don’t have to do this, I WANT TO DO THIS.
There was a man I used to listen to and every week he hammered
away, and preached the gospel week in and out. I see now why
he did, and I am thankful for it. It changed my life. I hope
it will do the same for you, I hope it will be today.
The Creator of Heaven and Earth is coming one day and he will
judge my works and my words that I am teaching you today, you
will see that this is the only way. The truth in the Pauline
Epistles is clear, and if you have the Spirit of The Lord in
you, you will see it someday as I have. There will be a renewed
feeling in your heart and you will truly know that these words
are the truth for today.
When in doubt, Preach the Gospel.
