Between Adam and Noah are 1,000 years. Between Noah and Abraham
is 1,000 years. Between Abraham and David’s Kingdom is
1,000 years. Between David and the coming of the Lord is 1,000
years. Between The crucifixion and the dark ages is 1,000 years.
From the dark ages to the second coming is 1,000 years. Then
Christ will reign on Earth for 1,000 years. For a total of 7,000
years. Remember a thousand years is as ONE day for a total of
One week. The Sabbath is the 7th day, the Day of Rest, The Millennial
Reign of Christ.
Ok, watch this also, it is amazing. A man showed me this years
ago and it confounded me for the longest time but it will show
you that Israel SHOULD have known Exactly when the Messiah was
coming the first time, but only a few did know it because Israel
was out of covenant relationship with God at that time; it was
all foretold by Daniel. (Actually it was foretold by God who
then sent it by Gabriel.) I would also like to point out that
these numbers and divisions are Old Testament prophecy, concerning
the Nation Israel.
From the call of Abraham to the Exodus, when Israel left Egypt
is 490 years. From the Exodus to the building of the Temple
in 1Kings 6 is 490 years. From the building of the Temple to
its destruction is...490 years. From the command to restore
and build Jerusalem unto the Lord's first coming is 490 years.
Now watch this: there are four 490-year periods in there and
they can be called “weeks.” 7x7 is 49 or 490 years.
From the commandment to go forth and restore Jerusalem was 490
years, then Messiah would come.
Look what happens when The Lord showed up in Jerusalem on the
day of His visitation. Luke 19:37 And when he was come nigh,
even now at the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude
of disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice
for all the mighty works they had seen; 38 Saying, blessed be
the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven
and glory to the highest. 39 And some of the Pharisees from
among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.
40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these
should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.
41 And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over
it. 42 Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this
thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! But now they
are hid from thine eyes. 43 For the days shall come upon thee,
that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass
thee round, and keep thee in on every side, 44 And shall lay
thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee: and
they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because
thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.
Folks, it wasn’t that they couldn’t have known.
It was foretold by Daniel. It’s just that they didn’t
care to read the scriptures and look for His coming. If the
Pharisees would have been seeking God, they were told when He
was coming. Instead, they crucified Him, which some of them
may have known and used the scripture to identify Him and have
Him crucified. (The Religious Pharisees -- my Words.) I would
also like to note the verse where the Lord speaks in 42 the
things which belong to thy peace! There is an exclamation point
there and I don’t see too many of those in the Bible --
He meant it! Their peace was taken from them and destruction
was to soon come upon them because they didn’t know the
Day of His visitation.
Now when Daniel was in captivity, he finds out about the destruction
of the Temple by Nebuchadnezzar. Then Daniel begins to pray.
Daniel 9:21 Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man
Gabriel, whom I has seen in the vision at the beginning, being
caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening
oblation. 22 And he informed me, and talked with me, and said,
O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding.
23 At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came
forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved:
therefore understand the matter and consider the vision. 24
Seventy weeks are determined upon thy holy city, to finish the
transgression, and to make and end of sins, and to make reconciliation
for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and
to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth
of the commandment to restore and build Jerusalem unto Messiah
the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks:
the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous
times. 26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be
cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that
shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the
end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war
desolations are determined.
Ok, look at this, where it says from the commandment to restore
and build Jerusalem shall be seven weeks. 7 weeks. Then after
threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off. 62 weeks.
For a total of “69 weeks.” Where is the 70th week?
Verse27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one
week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice
and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations
he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and
that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. 1 Week =
69 weeks is 70 weeks. The seventieth week is the tribulation.
I will finish this next week; I don’t want this to be
too long. This is very important for the future. Please join
us again won’t you.
Thank you.
Shalom,
michael
