Different
Gospels, Part III
June
1, 2004
Hello everyone, and as always, thank you for being here.
For the last two weeks we have been trying to explain the
different Gospels and in what order they are laid out in the
bible. The first week was the ministry of the Lord while He
was on earth training the 12. Last week was the Apostle Paul
and his gospel, to the Jew first, then to the Greek. This
gospel was preached first and then also to some Gentiles,
who feared God and worked righteousness. It was Old Testament
prophecy.
But today I would like to show you that even that changed
in that Paul’s ministry took a different course and
to different people. Please read with me. This was a mystery
revealed to the apostle Paul, which is still a mystery in
most churches today. I didn’t go into this last week
because it would have been too long and I would like for you
to be fresh when you see this. Keep in mind, the message changed
with the apostle Paul as he was led by different appearings
from the Lord.

Appearing #2.
This was when Paul went up to Jerusalem and was arrested because
Jews had stirred up the people saying that Paul preached against
the law and the people. Look at this: Acts 21:27 And when the
seven days were almost ended, the Jews which were of Asia, when
they saw him in the temple, stirred up all the people, and laid
hands on him, 28 Crying out, Men of Israel help: This is the
man, that teacheth all men everywhere against the people, and
the law, and this place: and further brought Greeks also to
the temple, and hath polluted this holy place. Verse 30 And
all ran together: and they took Paul, and drew him out of the
temple: and forthwith the doors were shut. 31 And as they went
about to kill him, tidings came unto the chief captain of the
band, that Jerusalem was in an uproar. 32 Who immediately took
soldiers and centurions, and ran down unto them: and when they
saw the chief captain and the soldiers, they left beating of
him.
What on earth was Paul doing? He had Jerusalem in an uproar.
It was so bad, he was being beaten and had to have the Roman
Army called on him. He was preaching the Gospel and teaching
them that they no longer had to worship in that temple to receive
Christ. At that time, Jerusalem was the ONLY acceptable place
of worship for the Jews.
In most of the rest of Acts 22, Paul gives his defense as
he is left to speak on his own by the Roman Captain. Folks,
Paul had received a vision from the Lord, and it not only changed
his Gospel, it was a turning point from the Jews, directly to
the Gentiles, Gentiles who did not fear God and work righteousness
and were considered absolute dogs by the first groups of people
that he was preaching to.
Don’t believe his direction changed yet? Please look
at his testimony in Acts 22:17 And it came to pass that, when
I was come again to Jerusalem, even while I prayed in the temple,
I was in a trance (second appearing). Verse 18 And saw him saying
unto me, Make haste, and get thee quickly out of Jerusalem:
for they will not receive thy testimony concerning me.
Ok, I want you to remember Paul had been preaching in the
Synagogues and to Jews and certain Gentiles with his Gospel
up unto this point and there weren’t that many problems.
But look what happens when he finishes the last part of his
testimony, I mean they went through the roof at these words.
Verse 21 And he said unto me, Depart: for I will send thee
far hence unto the Gentiles. 22 And they gave him audience unto
this word, and then lift up their voices, and said, Away with
such a fellow from the earth: for it is not fit that he should
live.
What was the word they gave him audience unto? It was GENTILES!
Verse 23 And as they cried out, and cast off their clothes,
and threw dust into the air, 24 The chief captain commanded
him to be brought into the castle, and bade that he should be
examined by scourging; that he might know wherefore they cried
so against him.
Folks, can you see this? Something Paul was saying changed,
look at the people’s reaction, the fact they tore off
their clothes and threw dust into the air, what a sight indeed.
Paul was telling them that Gentiles (everybody) such as us could
receive the Gospel they had, Gentiles who were totally unclean,
devil worshippers, Idol worshippers, people that cursed the
Nation Israel. I will give you a verse for it but it will behoove
you to read the whole Chapter of Ephesians. The beginning of
the prison Epistles by the apostle Paul.
Ephesians 2 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses
and sins; 2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the
course of this world, according to the prince of the power of
the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
I.e., Children of the Devil. Can now be saved by grace through
faith... Amen and praise God for that.
Ephesians 3:1 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus
Christ for you Gentiles, 2 If ye have heard of the dispensation
of the grace of God given me to youward: 3 How that by revelation
he made known unto me, the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few
words, 4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge
in the mystery of Christ) 5 Which in other ages was not made
known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy
apostles and prophets by the spirit: 5 That the Gentiles should
be fellow heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his
promise in Christ by the gospel: 8 Unto me, who am less than
the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should
preach among the gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery,
which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God,
who created all things by Jesus Christ:
Folks, this was a mystery revealed to Paul and it is still
in effect today; it is the message of absolute GRACE not of
works; it is the only gospel there is today and it is the ONLY
way you can be saved today; it was not given to the twelve.
It was a new revelation, not found anywhere in the Old Testament.
From this point on Paul didn’t go to the Jews again and
the Lord let the Church of the 12 come to an end. It was totally
finished in A.D. 70 and is finished until this day. Not until
Elijah and Moses come back in the tribulation and restore all
things (after the rapture) will that church be reestablished.
There will be angels also preaching in the tribulation and it
will be of Law, works, and endure to the end, the same message
the 12 preached and it will pick up right where it left off
before this period of time known as the dispensation of Grace
was inserted in it.
Read it for yourself; don’t just take my word for it.
Take the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and read from
them and go directly to Hebrews and right on into the tribulation
and see it for yourself. It is as God has inserted the Books
of Romans through Philemon right in the middle of them. Check
it out, see for yourself.
The book of Acts is a transition period from the Jews to the
Gentiles, from the message of the law to the message of grace,
it is as simple as that. Folks, you CANNOT advance the Kingdom
today. It is not here, nor can you be in it, and if you go into
the tribulation after missing the rapture because you received
not the love of the truth that you might be saved...you are
going to be given strong delusion, believe a lie and you will
be damned. Sorry, that’s the way it is. Get out of those
churches preaching the Kingdom message. They are apostate and
a curse abides on them. Folks, I can’t help it if 98%
of the churches today use the Kingdom message for their doctrine.
They are WRONG -- you cannot be saved by that today. If you
are following that for your salvation, you are going to end
up in hell for sure, not my words The Words of the Bible. I
really thank you for bearing with me on these as they are quite
long, but print them out and study them and get it straight
in your mind. Show other people, they really need to know it.
I love you all in the Lord.
