I want to talk today about the next one in Israel. I also believe
it to be the next major event on the horizon. Let’s look
at the current scenario; there is every possibility that the
Palestinians will end up with a state, and very shortly. The
governments of this World are pulling out all the stops to push
this event into motion with the current passing of Arafat. I
also truly believe that no matter how many concessions are given
to them, alas, it will never suffice. If the Palestinian State
is born, the first bone of contention will again be Jerusalem.
The Arabs will not stop until they have wrested it away from
the Israelis. When the State of Palestine is born, it will fall
under new rules and acknowledgements of the World community;
they will then begin to rapidly build a "LEGAL" military,
infrastructure, command, etc. The World at large will arm them
to the teeth and then they will turn on Israel and TRY to take
them down.
I know from reading Bible prophecy that a lot of people think
the war of Ezekiel 38 will be the first major offensive against
Israel, but as I have read the scriptures and analyzed them,
I can see it is not first. There is another war before that,
and as this will be long, I ask to you bear with me as I try
my best to condense it; I think you will find it worth your
while.
I would like you to read the Book of Obadiah. It is only one
chapter but it is too long to type out here, so I will go to
these verses for reference.
Obadiah1:17 But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there
shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their
possessions. 18 And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and
the house of Joseph a flame, And the house of Esau for stubble,
And they shall kindle in them, and devour them; And there shall
not be any remaining of the house of Esau; For the Lord hath
spoken it. 19 And they shall possess the mount of Esau;
I am certain this is Israel using nuclear weaponry against
them. I believe this Bible, folks; I believe it means exactly
what it says, as it says it, where it says it. I believe that
The house of Esau will be destroyed, they did not have compassion
on Israel in the day of their destruction, they stole their
possessions, they caught them as they were running and rejoiced
over their destruction. Israel will defeat them and take their
land back. God almighty is going to help them do it and punish
the house of Esau for their part in Israel’s destruction.
20 And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel
shall possess that of the Canaanites, even unto Zarephath; And
the captivity of Jerusalem, which is in Sepharad, Shall possess
the cities of the south. 21 And saviours shall come upon mount
Zion to judge the mount of Esau; And the kingdom shall be the
Lord’s.
The Israelis will take the land of Edom, Jordan, Syria, and
part of Turkey if my geography is correct. I do not think this
is in the tribulation. I think it is before that, although it
will be true also in the tribulation as the Israelis will ultimately
rule the entire region if not the world. Why? Anyone who studies
their Bible knows that the House of Esau has not been destroyed;
they are the Arabs of today’s world.
If you have studied your Bible, you also know that we are living
in the period of time between Daniel’s 69th and 70th week.
When the 70th week begins, God Himself will judge the nations
that judged Israel in Her destruction and God will begin to
chastise Israel and refine and purify them until they turn back
to him in the tribulation. We all know that hasn’t happened
yet. I believe this war will be right on the few preceding months
leading up to the tribulation, and I think the antichrist will
appear right at the beginning of it or right in the middle of
it to take credit for destroying the Arabs and protecting the
Jews to usher himself in.
I have written on the destruction of Egypt (Isaiah 19:1-25);
also in a few of the stories I wrote, they are Arab. I have
written on the total destruction of Damascus (17: 1-14) before
to the point that an Arab will never pitch a tent there again
and they are also descendants of Esau. Destruction of Palestine
(Isaiah 14: 209-32); Destruction of Babylon Isaiah 13: 1-22).
Folks, these places have never been destroyed in the manner
that is spoken of in these verses. They have at times been destroyed,
but not to the point they will never have an inhabitant as in
Damascus and Babylon.
Ok, so let’s go on. I want to show you that there is
reasonable evidence to point to what I’m trying to explain,
and if you read it with an open mind and pray about it, you
will see the Middle-East is indeed in great peril, but after
this war I think there WILL be peace there for the three-and-a-half-year
period until the antichrist breaks the covenant. It is a false
peace and it is when they dwell safely in the land of unwalled
villages at the time they are invaded by the Northern Army spoken
of in Ezekiel 38.
Why do I think these countries are going to be destroyed by
the Israelis? And why next? If you study Ezekiel 38 you will
see there are some people missing when the Northern Army comes
to take a spoil. If the Medes are aligned with Russia, and the
Arabs are hell-bent on Israel’s destruction, then pray
tell where are they when this army invades Israel? Would this
not be the greatest opportunity since the destruction in 70
A.D. to finish off the Jews? They are not there, read it for
your self.
Ezekiel 38: 2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog the land
of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy
against him, 23 And say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I
am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
4 And I will put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee
forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them
clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with
bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords: 5 Persia,
Ethiopia, and Libya with them: all of them with shield and helmet.
Let me ask you, If Egypt and Jordan and Syria hadn’t
been taken out in a previous war, don’t you think they
would surely be mentioned here? Oversight? I don’t think
so for a moment. The Arabs are gone. This is the whole reason
that Russia invades Israel; it’s because Israel has taken
back its rightful land which extends into Iraq, part of Southern
Turkey (Extreme Northern Syria), the better part of Saudi Arabia
and Jordan. Guess who controls all the oil at that time? That’s
right, Israel. That’s the spoil Russia is coming to take.
Israel, for a short period of time, will reoccupy Her land and
dwell at peace, under the rule, no doubt of the antichrist,
which will have been Her "deceptive deliverer" in
the next Arab-Israeli War.
Still not enough?
Ezekiel 38:11 And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land
of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that
dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having
neither bars nor gates, 12 To take a spoil, and to take a prey;
to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited,
and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which
have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the
land.
OK, what desolate places? That are now inhabited? It is all
the promised land to Israel, it is the desert lands of Saudi,
Jordan, Syria, etc, they are not inhabited altogether now, but
soon Israel decimates the Arabs, all the Israelis will begin
to fan out and take possession of their lands again, it will
come to pass. Keep watching.
