If you can always remember the Bible is all given for our admonition
and learning, we can learn things anywhere in the Bible, but
always remember the Bible is not all written directly to you.
There are specific timelines laid out in this Bible concerning
Israel, the law and Grace for everyone. If you try to run the
two together you are going to end up being confused. God is
not the Author of Confusion. Rightly Divide the Word of Truth.
We all know the story of the 12 Apostles and their earthly
ministry. If you have read your bible you can clearly see their
teaching from Jesus are clearly for the Jews at that time. One
example, Matthew 15:22 And behold a woman of Canaan came out
of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on
me O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed
with a devil.
What happens?
23 But he answered her not a word. And his disciples besought
him saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
The Lord’s answer:
24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost
sheep of the house of Israel.
Where can you find your salvation in the teachings of the 12?
It’s not there. Sorry, look as hard as you want, you can
clearly see that The Lord Himself said, He was only sent to
the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel. (At that time, it is
what he was training the 12 apostles to do.)
Example 1
Matthew 28:16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee,
into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them
17 And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted.
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them saying, All power is given
me in heaven and earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations,
baptizing the in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy
Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have
commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end
of the world.. Amen.
Example2
Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, go ye into all the world,
preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and
is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall
be damned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name
they shall cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly
thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick
and they shall recover.
Let me ask you in all honesty...Do you know Anyone that can
do Any of these things today? Drink poison? Walk on Water?
Folks, these apostles had the Holy Ghost in them, they were
EMPOWERED by the HOLY GHOST and they could do all these things,
but that was another day and time and it all came to an end
after they had all been martyred. Then Titus will the Roman
Army laid Jerusalem to the ground in A.D. 70 and the diaspora
began.
Where is YOUR salvation found in here for today? Answer....It’s
not there.
Do you know all the things the apostles did and taught to be
saved? You had to keep the Law, be baptized, sell out everything
you had and have all things common, and endure to the end waith
for the antichrist to come and make it through that.
I know a lot of you are saying that Jesus said to preach the
gospel to every creature and that is true, but it was to be
done in a SPECIFIC order, Israel first, then to the uttermost
parts of the world.
Luke 24:45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might
understand the scriptures, 46 And said unto them, Thus it is
written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise
from the third day: 47 And that repentance and remission of
sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning
at Jerusalem.
(Please also keep in mind, remission of sins is not forgiveness.)
Please keep in mind, this is the Gospel of the Circumcision
that they are to preach. Looking forward to the day the Lion
Roars out of Sion and turns away ungodliness from Jacob, and
the fountain of blood will be opened for sin and uncleanness
and the Lord would sit on the throne of David. Notice, "turn
away ungodliness from Jacob (Israel)." You and I are not
mentioned in here.
Another example:
Acts 1:7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the
times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come
upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem,
and in all Judea , and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part
of the earth.
That was the order, first in Jerusalem then Judea, then Samaria,
the to the utter most parts of the earth.
Folks, this is all laid out in the Old Testament, It was foretold
that Israel’s Messiah was coming, Jesus' death was foretold,
His betrayal, His very "Lifting up" signifying the
type of death. It was also foretold the He was the Lamb of God
that taketh away the sin of the world. He did that, but never
told Peter he had died for the sins of the world. He didn’t
reveal that to the 12.
This message is Jewish and a "few" strangers, "Gentiles,"
would be grafted into the Olive Tree; that was also foretold.
These were Gentiles, that blessed the Seed of Abraham, worked
righteousness and feared God. If you read Matthew through Acts
you can clearly see a transition taking place. Ie. Cornelius
is a good example.
You can also find that The Lord gave salvation to the Gentiles
to provoke Israel to jealousy that they might be saved after
the rejected the Messiah. Romans 11:11 I say then , have they
stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through
their fall salvation is come to the Gentiles, for to provoke
them to jealousy.
You should clearly see by this that Israel fell back there,
right about the time they stoned Stephen and went after the
other apostles. That was probably the closing sign of National
Salvation being preached to Israel.
So, you that are here today, you are not the Church at Jerusalem,
you are not the grafted Olive tree, that was for men that feared
God and worked righteousness and blessed the seed of Abraham,
not to mention keeping the law, all the Levitical laws, selling
out everything they had and enduring unto the end, and what
were they enduring to the end for? They were looking for The
Lord to Sit upon the Throne of David. No Grace there, no rapture
there, That’s the second coming when once again, Israel
will come back full force into the picture and the Lord will
deliver them from the armies of this world and the antichrist.
It is a physical Kingdom, Physical. If you are to be raptured
someday because you are saved by grace, then, clearly you will
not be one of these people.
The grafting in of the Olive tree was prophesied in the Old
Testament and while it doesn’t mention his name, it is
clearly the apostle Paul that preaches to them, Turn to Isaiah
49 The first 5 verses are the Lord Jesus Christ. Verse number
6 is the Apostle Paul......I read this years ago and instantly
I knew who it was, whether the spirit revealed it to me or I
had heard it somewhere else and forgotten it, it is the apostle
Paul.
Isaiah 49:1 Listen, O isles, unto me; And hearken, ye people,
from afar; The Lord hath called me from the womb; From the bowels
of my mother hath he made mention of my name. 2 And he hath
made my mouth like a sharp sword; In the shadow of his hand
he hid me, And made me a polished shaft; In his quiver hath
he hid me; 3 And said unto me, Thou art my servant, O Israel,
in whom I will be glorified. 4 Then I said, I have laboured
in vain, I have spent my strength for naught, and in vain: Yet
surely my judgment is with the Lord, And my work with God. 5
And now, saith the Lord that formed me from the womb to be his
servant, To bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered,
Yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the Lord, And my God
shall be my strength.
6 And he said, it is a light thing that thou shouldest be my
servant To raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the
preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the
Gentiles, That thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the
earth.
This is the Old Testament prophecy concerning Paul, to bring
Jacob again to the Lord. Why, because there was a time that
Israel fell and the only way they could be saved after that
was through the teaching of the Apostle Paul, received from
the Lord in glory. This will match Act 9, where Paul was called
Saul and the Lord knocked him down on the road to Damascus.
But you salvation today, The Gospel of the Grace of God, could
not be searched out in the Old Testament scriptures. It was
a mystery hid in God from BEFORE the foundation of the world.
There is a similar parallel in Isaiah 42: 1-7
Isaiah 42:1 Behold my servant, whom I uphold; Mine elect, in
whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: He shall
bring for judgment to the Gentiles. 2. He shall not cry, Nor
lift up, Nor cause his voice to be heard in the street. 3 A
bruised reed shall he not break, And the smoking flax shall
he not quench: He shall bring forth judgment unto the truth.
4 He shall not fall nor be discouraged, Till he have set judgment
in the earth: And the isles shall wait for his law. 5 Thus saith
God the Lord, He that created the heavens, and stretched them
out; He that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out
of it; He that giveth breath unto the people upon it, And spirit
to the that walk therein:
6 I the Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold
thine hand, and will keep thee, And give thee for a covenant
of the people, for a light of the Gentiles.
Folks, there came a time that Israel fell and when Paul was
in prison he said, “for the hope of Israel, I am bound
with these chains," Israel reached a point they were "cast
off" and the only hope of them getting saved was through
the first messages the apostle Paul preached... That was the
grafting in of the Olive Tree. Paul started preaching and wherever
he went in the beginning he went to the Jew first, then to the
Greek. He taught in synagogues... This is all Old Testament
prophecy.
But pray tell, where do you find your salvation then?
The 12 apostles did as they were told to carry out the great
commission, it was the New Church at Jerusalem. They were going
by Christ’s Earthly ministry.
I praise God for the apostle Paul, because in Act the Lord
was revealed to the apostle Paul from Glory... After his death
and told Paul “I have sent the to be a light unto the
Gentiles." Paul went to the Jews first and when they rejected
him, he turned to the Gentiles.
Romans 1:1 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an
apostle, Separated unto the gospel of God.2 (Which he had promised
afore by the holy scriptures,)
Where...Isaiah 49:6 If you can’t believe it, the I ask
you to prayerfully read it until you do.
He was SEPARATED unto the Gospel Of God.
Not the circumcision nor the great commission nor the Gospel
of the Kingdom.
Thank you for reading this. I hope you can see some light in
it; I admit I am probably not going to convince some of you
that are stuck in your religion to see this, but you know, there
have been many people that write me and found their way out,
I hope you will be the next. I pray you are.
This week was on the prophecy, next week we are going to find
OUR salvation and everyone’s salvation that could NOT
be searched out in the Old Testament. I hope you will join us.
No matter who you are, what race or denomination you are...
there is only one salvation today... Grace...through Faith.
I pray God richly bless you and I pray if you are not saved
today, don’t leave this site until you find it.
Thank you,
michael
