In Matthew 23 the whole chapter the Lord is speaking about
the hypocrites (the scribe and Pharisees) and at the end of
the chapter the Lord tells them in verse 37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem,
thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent
to thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together,
even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye
would not?
38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till
ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
To my knowledge, that has not happened. They will however (during
the tribulation) and closer to the end of it be turned back
to the Lord and so all Israel shall be saved, but not so today.
How can a Jew be saved today? The same as everyone else, through
the Dispensation for the Grace of God. Period.
Then Rome laid Jerusalem waste in A.D. 70 and it hasn’t
been revived yet. It will only come back into being when Elijah
comes and restores all things, and there will only be a remnant
of Israel that will believe and the rest will follow the antichrist.
These new Israelites will be expelled out of Jerusalem during
the tribulation into the wilderness and be supernaturally protected
of the Lord until His return at the second coming. It is call
the New Birth, and Nation within a Nation, wherefore ye see
every man with his hands on his loins traveling with pain as
a woman ready to deliver a child. This will come to pass in
the tribulation, these are the ones warned by Daniel, when you
see the abomination of desolation stand in the Holy Place, run
for you lives.
To our salvation:
We all know that Saul was knocked down on the road to Damascus
and received a revelation from the Lord in Glory. We also know
that he was sent to be a light unto the Gentiles at that time
(those who feared God and worked righteousness). This was in
the Old Testament. But look what happens when he begins to give
a speech about the Other Gentiles who could be saved.
If you read Acts 22 the whole chapter you can see there is
some problem with the Gentiles getting saved. let’s see
what happens: Paul speaks of a New revelation in Acts 22:17
And it came to pass that, when I was come again to Jerusalem,
even while I prayed in the temple, I was in a trance;
18 And saw him saying unto me, Make haste and get the quickly
out of Jerusalem: for they will not receive thy testimony concerning
me.
19 And I said Lord, they know that I imprisoned and beat in
every synagogue them that believed on thee:
20 And when the blood of thy martyr Stephen was shed, I also
was standing by, and consenting unto his death, and kept the
raiment of them that slew him.
21 And he said unto me, Depart: for I will send thee far hence
unto the Gentiles.
Watch what happens in the next verse. These people knew that
it was prophesied in the Old Testament that some Gentiles would
become a part of Israel. But they had to keep the laws and work
righteousness to be accepted. They knew that, but look what
happens when Paul is told he was in a trance (when the Lord
appeared to him in the temple) and told him to go FAR HENCE
unto the Gentiles. Look what happens
22 And they gave him audience unto this word, and lift up their
voices, and said Away with such a fellow from the earth: for
it is not fit that he should live.
23 And as they cried out, and cast off their clothes, and threw
dust into the air,
What a spectacle, what was wrong? They gave him audience unto
this word, Gentiles. Just plain Idol-worshipping, pork-eating,
uncircumcised Gentiles who did Not bless Israel and were outside
the covenants of promise. They were actually trying to kill
Paul for this. These are the very Gentiles you will find in
Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians and so on that Paul is speaking
of going to, i.e. The Prison Epistles.
Turn to Ephesians 3:1 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of
Jesus Christ for you Gentiles, 2 If ye have heard of the dispensation
of the grace of God which is given me to youward: 3 How that
by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote
afore in a few words, 4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand
my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) 5 Which in other ages
was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed
unto his holy apostles and prophets in the spirit; 6 That the
Gentiles should be fellow heirs, and of the same body, and partakers
of his promise in Christ by the gospel. 7 Whereof I was made
a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given
unto me by the effectual working of his power. 8 Unto me, who
am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that
I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of
Christ; 9 And to make all me see what is the fellowship of the
mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid
in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ.
Folks this is a new revelation, it is not the same thing that
the 12 taught, it is not the same thing Jesus taught. Paul says
that he is the minister of the Gentiles and that he received
his gospel not from man but from the Lord in Glory.
A mystery hid in God from BEFORE the foundation of the world,
our salvation was determined (those whom God foreknew would
believe in His Son). Our salvation was in place and our sins
were paid for in AD 33 before you were ever born. Claim that
and look back to the cross for your salvation.
Peter and the 12 have remission of sins; it means they are
stayed until the fountain of blood is open in Israel when the
deliverer shall roar out of Zion and turn away ungodliness from
Jacob, and so all Israel shall be saved. Peter and the 12 look
forward to that day to be redeemed, You are redeemed the moment
you accept Christ. Why can people not see that. The kingdom
message is not in effect today, it came to an end and there
are numerous passages that show us that. Salvation is free to
anyone today who will trust what Christ did for us at Calvary
and believe He was the sinless Son of Almighty God and in fact
is God.
I hope this helps some of you today, I really do.
I would like to leave you with a note to think on tonight:
The ten kings are almost set up and we are coming up on the
closing of the salvation of Grace through faith, you can see
the patterns working out before your eyes just as Daniel and
others have predicted it would.
The 10 kings:
Three of them are already out of the picture for now, the little
one coming up after these, even he is the eight and of the seven.
France has voted down the E.U. However, Jacque Chirac has personally
sent a communique that France can be counted on in the future
of the E.U.
Britain voted it down because France fell.
The Netherlands have voted it down. But I want you to watch
the wording of the bible. I believe these three kings will come
back into the E.U.
Right now they are "Plucked Up"
But later they will be subdued, it is the same three I am fairly
certain.
Daniel 7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth
kingdom upon the earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms,
and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and
break it in pieces. 24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom
are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall arise after
them; and he shall be diverse from the first and subdue three
kings.
I believe France, the Netherlands and Great Britain will be
subdued back into the original 10 by the antichrist.
